They Are Not Stopping
As we informed you in the last WatchAlert, the U.N. is calling for the fingerprinting and registering of every person in the world. The advocates of national ID's are continuing in their efforts to build support while the states say we already have a national ID based on drivers licenses. In all of this we have seen a major push to use present and developing technology to implement these registries. Most have called for elaborate and expensive overhalls of present systems, a cost sure to be born by the tax payers if carried out. But a new development, if combined with the U.N.'s call for a registry, would make the 'mark of the beast' feasible almost over night!
The technology is being described as a glorified bar code. The goal is to be able to use the injectable chip to store medical information, replace atm cards and as a key to open locks and start cars among other things. This technology would not be expensive to implement by injection, but might be rejected by credit card companies, banks, stores etc. who would bear the cost of implementing new scanning systems. This resistance would make implementing the system something that could drag out over many years. But what if merchants, banks and other businesses and government agencies could use scanning devices already in use almost everywhere? This would require a bar code or magnetic strip technology that would be on the surface of the skin. Most people wouldn't accept tatooing or marks on their bodies. The knowledge and technology exists to make marks or code invisable to the naked eye but not to the scanner! There are permanent type inks that are transparent, but when exposed to certain types of light will appear in high contrast. This technology is not presently developed for application on human beings, but could be easily adapted to such uses.
Remember that people want security and
convenience. What people desire is what they are controled by.
The purpose of the coming 'mark of the beast' is to have control
over people. Our younger generations have grown up with a great
host of TV shows, movies and computer games that use cyborg beings
(man unified with adaptive technology or part man/
part machine) in science fiction entertainment. The younger generations
readily accept the cyborg concept. As our culture begins to change
it's attitude about technology from caution and even fear to an
open embrace, people will continue to lose the sensitivity of
their consciences. Technology's purpose, it would be agreed by
most Christians and non-Christians, is to serve mankind. But how
will it serve mankind, for good or evil? The Bible shows us that
man will serve himself.
